Position Purpose: Review, investigate and track all incoming Member and Provider Service correspondences in an effort to efficiently deliver and respond to our customers in a timely manner.
*This position is a hybrid position in our Pembroke Pines, FL Office*
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience with general administrative secretarial practices and operation of office equipment such as a personal computer, requiring some advanced skills knowledge. Microsoft Applications experience preferred. Physician's office experience is a plus.
Pay Range: $15.29 - $26.20 per hourCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
