Requirements for CPA:
* CPA certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in public tax accounting.
* A minimum of two years' experience as a Tax Manager is required.
* Expertise in tax law and regulations, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Proven track record of managing complex tax projects and leading a team of tax professionals.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
* Required qualifications include prior experience at Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firms, along with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
