" Provide operational support for cybersecurity technologies, mainly CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Checkpoint Harmony, and other in scope.
" Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks.
" Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Track and follow-up on action items to closure.
" Provide ad-hoc operational support.
" Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals.
" Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes.
" Advise or mentor junior team members
" Coordinate with cross-functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight
" Ensure non-compliant items are addressed through coordination with Business Manager and business staff
" Establish communication channels with cross-sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses


Qualifications:
" 6+ years of relevant experience
" Experience at a bank or financial institution preferred
" Strong experience in Cyber Security and antivirmalware technologies in the following technologies (CrowdStrike, Trellix, Zscaler)
" Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
" Knowledge of Scripting and Programming Languages preferred
" Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply information security policies, standards and procedures
" Proven influencing and relationship management skills


Education:
" Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
" Master's degree preferred


Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $42 to $50 per hour W2. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.


This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits .
