Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing great customer service? We're looking for a motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the appliance repair industry. This full-time position offers a supportive and dynamic work environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data related to appliance repair services
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Assist with dispatching repair requests
Order parts and supplies as needed for service requests
Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Office-based position - employees will report to the office daily
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary of $35,568 per year ($17.00 per hour)
After 12 months, the salary increases to $39,500 per year ($19.00 per hour)
Health benefits available after 12 months
