LaSalle Network is partnering with a non-profit organization to find a Data Support Associate who thrives in a collaborative environment. This flexible, temporary role offers the chance to support impactful work while developing your data management expertise. You will be responsible for processing event-related gifts and donations within Raiser's Edge, manage donor acknowledgements, and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records, 

Data Support Associate Responsibilities:

• Enter event-related gifts into Raiser's Edge, collaborating with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration with The Financial Edge
• Manage donor acknowledgment letters, sending out over 300 each month
• Assist with event close-out and in-kind donation forms
• Run queries and reports, providing essential data to stakeholders
• Communicate with an accounting team known for strong personalities; confidence and clarity are key!

Data Support Associate Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Raiser’s Edge (at least six months required)
• Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy makes all the difference
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in data entry and donor management systems
• Ability to handle direct questions with professionalism and confidence
• Ability to work on site in Chicago, Illinois
