Bilingual in Spanish/English Dental Office Front Desk

Dentistry for Children in Cumming has a fantastic opportunity! This position's primary responsibility is to handle and maintain the office schedules and phone calls for the practice. Our patients, parents, and/or guardians are the number one priority. Excellent customer service skills and dental experience are required.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm and half days on Fridays

Specific Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Dental office scheduling
• Customer service-oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management. 
• Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask, and perform job duties on time. 
• Strong PC skills and ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
