Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and manage appointments using our dental software (Open Dental)

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments

• Respond to phone calls and online inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Perform light cleaning and restocking duties to keep the front desk area tidy

• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a dental office preferable

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice software

• Working knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
