Polished Executive Housekeeper Needed!

Location: Villanova, PA
Compensation: $40–42/hour (paid through payroll), DOE, Negotiable for the right candidate
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility to occasionally swap a weekday for a Saturday, if needed.

A private family in Villanova, PA, is seeking an experienced, highly professional, organized Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, proactive, and takes great pride in their work. This role requires someone who understands how to maintain a fine home with high standards, has experience working with high-end finishes and materials, and can seamlessly support the family’s needs with professionalism and care. Organization is also a key priority, so someone highly organized is the best fit! Family has one very sweet Goldendoodle, so someone comfortable around dogs and willing to help with pet care.
Keep all rooms and common areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
Identify and report necessary repairs or maintenance to the Chief of Staff
Understand and be able to operate and monitor house smart systems and HVAC
Manage household supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Supervise vendors and professionally greet guests when required
Remain alert to household security and report anything or anyone acting inappropriately or not in the best interest of the family
Perform daily cleaning duties: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, attending to spills, and trash removal
Keep the linen room fully stocked and organized
Handle all laundry with care, ensuring personal items (e.g., undergarments) are discreetly washed in the downstairs laundry and kept out of sight
Manage the dry cleaning process (pick-ups and drop-offs handled by service)
Assist with dog care when needed: feeding, crating, letting out, and general supervision
Assist with unpacking suitcases and putting away belongings after trips
Receive packages, unpack, and organize items appropriately
Organize closets and storage spaces as needed, maintaining an orderly and meticulous environment
Experienced in private households with knowledge of working with fine furnishings and materials (e.g., marble, specialty surfaces)
Highly organized, efficient, and attentive to detail
Self-directed—recognizes what needs to be done without being asked
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Comfortable with dogs and willing to assist with their care
Polished, dependable, and able to move through the home with ease and fluidity
