Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Summary: Responsible for maintaining equipment such as wheel loaders, forklifts, and material handlers. The role also involves assisting with plant maintenance when required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and replace parts to support deliveries.
• Dismantle, reassemble, and test heavy equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose defects using diagnostic tools and calibrators.
• Keep detailed maintenance records.
• Consistently follow safety protocols.

Your Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL (Class B preferred); air brake certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy truck repair and maintenance.
• Expertise in hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines.

YourSkills:

• Proficient with power and hand tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety.
• Able to drive heavy trucks and operate equipment.
