• Engaging potential customers through direct outreach and educating them on the benefits of switching to solar energy.
• Conducting impactful sales presentations that highlight the advantages of our solar products and services.
• Building and nurturing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals.
• Utilizing a strong lead generation system to identify and follow up with prospective clients.
• Working closely with fellow sales team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in sales, particularly in direct sales or renewable energy, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse client base.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this position.
