Salary Range: $65000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations
• Implement strategies to enhance sales and customer service
• Lead, train, and motivate a talented team
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in management, preferably in the food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed
