About the Role:

District Retail Sales Manager will serve as our Brand Ambassador responsible for servicing 60-120

Walmart and other retailers in assigned area by merchandising, selling, maintaining displays, reordering

product, and promoting new and current products to ensure a positive shopping experience for our loyal

consumers. Flexible work schedule including occasional weekend work during holiday season.

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years’ experience calling on Walmart Stores in a CPG sales merchandising role.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum associate degree.

• Seeking a full time CPG (food) sales career.

• Enjoy sales and in-store merchandising.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Positive history of working independently, self-starter.

• Willingness to travel up to 7 overnights monthly.

• General computer skills using Microsoft Office.

• Reliable vehicle with clean driving record.

• Pass drug screen.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long hours, drive for 2 hours, walk most of the day and ability

to build retail in-store displays.

What You Will Do:

• Visit assigned 8-12 retail stores daily.

• Develop positive working relationships with grocery managers in assigned stores.

• Ensure Tony Chachere’s products are positioned correctly on shelf and aligned with current

modular.

• Sell and build in-store display features.

• Utilize Tablet (computer) for selling and managing product line in stores.

• Tony Chachere Brand Ambassador to retail store managers and consumers.

• Frequent communication with supervisor and team members.
