Job Description:
The Document Controller is responsible for managing the company's document library.
They will organize, index, and store documents in a secure location, and will make sure that documents are accessible to authorized users.
Coordinate the storage, review, approval and distribution of
documents for projects and manage the master document register,
including engineering drawings, manufacturing data books,
materials certificates, reports, etc.
Ensure document management standards are adhered to.
Create an electronic file for TCP binders by combining files on CD and scanning hardcopy binder.
Locate documents/equipment information as required by users.
Scan paper copies into electronic (OCR) format and file in an online repository.
There could be other document storage, folder management/cleanup activities required to support our project group
Proficient in the typical DC/Admin software: PDF, MS Word/Excel & Teams/SharePoint.
