Job Description

We are now hiring for Electrical Helpers for a company in Seguin, TX. These positions are starting ASAP. Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525. 

Pay : $18-$20/hr DOE

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting Electricians: Work alongside electricians to perform tasks such as pulling wire, setting up electrical equipment, and assisting with the installation of outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Material Handling: Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. Keep work areas organized and clean.
• Wire Cutting and Stripping: Help cut and strip wires to appropriate lengths and prepare materials for electrical installations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and organize electrical tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic Electrical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic electrical concepts and components (wires, switches, outlets, etc.)
• Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and stand or kneel for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and accurately perform tasks under supervision.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety standards and practices when working with electrical systems.
• Tools Knowledge: Ability to use and maintain basic hand tools and power tools.
• Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

Working Conditions:

• May require working in various environments, including indoors, outdoors, or in confined spaces.
• Regularly required to lift, bend, or climb ladders to reach electrical components.
