Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
- Support social media management by creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Help in developing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Maintain and update customer databases and marketing lists.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, both virtual and in-person, to promote the brand.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry and project coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
