Job Description

We’re looking for a  detail-oriented and quick-learning individual  to join our team and support testing of biological therapeutics in a regulated lab environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to grow their lab skills and contribute to meaningful work.

What You’ll Do:

• Work as part of a small team to run lab tests that help ensure the quality of biologic medicines.
• Perform hands-on testing using liquid chromatography (LC) methods to analyze proteins and other components.
• Follow established procedures and document your work carefully.
• Help with routine troubleshooting and support high-volume testing using automated lab equipment.
• Use computer programs like Excel and Empower to record and analyze data.
• Follow safety and regulatory guidelines (like cGMP/GLP) in all lab work.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of scientific concepts and interest in learning LC-based methods like RP, IEX, SEC, CESDS, or iCiEF.
• Some experience with lab instruments (like HPLC/UPLC) and software (Empower, Excel) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of lab experience in biotech, pharma, or a similar setting.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Information

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:

• 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
• 45-60 Minute Meeting Onsite to Meet the Team 

Position is  Full Time, Monday-Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8 am-5 pm  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of  Lexington, MA,  are encouraged to apply
