Job Description:

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of company events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and promotional events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Range: $1050 - $1350 weekly

Responsibilities 

• Event Planning: Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, including venues, catering services, and audio-visual equipment providers, to ensure all event needs are met.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and on-site support.
• Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and manage event-related social media and communication.
• Registration Management: Handle event registrations, attendee tracking, and communications before and after events.
• On-site Management: Oversee the set-up, execution, and break-down of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and familiarity with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, creative problem-solver, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
