The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and strategic professional with extensive experience as a Executive Coach to join our expanding global team. This is a performance-based, independent contractor role offering unparalleled flexibility and portability. You will have the autonomy to set your own hours and work remotely, while playing a pivotal role in our clients' growth and development. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by results, passionate about making a difference, and eager to contribute to a larger purpose.
Responsibilities
Conduct impactful coaching sessions to guide clients in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Utilize our proven methodologies and tools to facilitate transformational growth.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
Participate in weekly professional development and training sessions via Zoom.
Leverage social media to generate leads and expand your client base (training provided).
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to align clients with suitable programs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in coaching or a related field.
Strong understanding of personal and leadership development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in virtual communication tools (Zoom, etc.).
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) for lead generation.
A passion for helping others grow and succeed.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
