Position – Fabrication/General Labor
Job Location – De Pere, WI
Employment Term – Regular, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – $18 - $19

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Entry Level
In fabrication/general labor you will be operating various equipment, learning to perform preventative maintenance on machines, cleaning, operating forklift, and any other job duties as needed around the shop or plant.
Responsibilities
-Operate various equipment in the Fabrication department
-Learn and perform preventative maintenance on machines
-Set, Adjust, assembly, control, test, and operate all machinery (once learned)
-Communicate with team and supervisors
-Coordinate part shortages
-Clean and maintain cleanliness in all work areas
-Learn to read blueprints and schematics
-Learn and operate forklift as needed
Qualifications
-Strong basic math skills
-Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus
-Must be able to work in all environments manufacturing and some offices
-Able to stand for 8 hours day
-Able to lift 50 lbs consistently and occasionally up to 70lbs
