Responsibilities:
Assist families in securing life insurance policies that meet their needs.
Utilize strong communication and listening skills to effectively guide clients.
Generate leads and build a network through effective outreach.
Work independently to manage appointments and client interactions.
Demonstrate resilience in handling challenges and rejections.
Qualifications:

Full-time availability.
Proven ability to close appointments effectively.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong networking abilities and lead generation experience.
Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.
Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales success.
Coachable and willing to learn.
Genuine care for people and their well-being.
Prior experience in insurance is beneficial but not required.
Current life insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one; no felonies on record.
