Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- 1st Shift: $19.50 per hour
- 2 nd Shift: $20.25 per hour
- 3rd Shift: $20.25 per hour
Shifts: (must be able to work all shifts or a 12-hour shift)
- 1st: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2 nd : 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating the forklift in a professional and accident-free manner
- Conducting inspections and performing maintenance on the forklift
- Tracking the location of goods using the WMS system and ensuring accurate data entry
- Assisting with manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Loading and unloading transport vehicles during the seed delivery and return season.
- Maintaining safety standards and following emergency procedures when necessary
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of forklift experience, preferably sit-down
- Have at least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Able to operate forklift placing product in different height levels.
- Have the ability to accurately count inventory and read scales.
- Can operate a forklift safely in tighter, confined spaces.
- Able to work a rotating or 12-hour shift.
