The Case Manager will be responsible for an assigned caseload of children with disabilities, traditional children and adults in the special home placement program. He/she will work closely with other special home placement staff to promote successful home placements through integrated services.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related human services field, 1 year experience, and valid driver's license with driving record that meets organization standards. Illinois Licensed Child Welfare Worker Preferred.
