Position: Nursing Faculty (Instructor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor)

Location: Nashville, TN (on-ground campus position)

Overview:
We are seeking passionate educators to join our School of Nursing faculty. This role will primarily involve teaching in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, with potential involvement in pre-licensure nursing programs based on qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of teaching excellence in both classroom and clinical settings.
Develop and adhere to course syllabi guidelines, manage classrooms effectively, utilize technology, submit grades promptly, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate effectively within the of Nursing faculty, contributing to meetings, projects, recruitment efforts, and committee work.
Design and implement engaging teaching and assessment strategies to inspire student learning and professional growth in nursing.
Provide mentorship, tutoring, and advisement to support student success.
Stay updated with current trends in education and nursing through ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements:

Minimum of a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing (preferred).
At least two years of full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse.
Formal education in adult education principles, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation (preferred).
Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee or in one of the eNLC compact states.
