Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay rate: $17/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform various harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc.

• Engage in conditioning tasks including sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.

• Operate field equipment within the limits of training and expertise.

• Organize and maintain samples during the harvest season, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.

• Collaborate with the team to efficiently and effectively complete harvest-related tasks.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

• Support the supervisor by assisting with other assigned tasks and duties.

Qualifications:

• Preferred previous experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.

• Basic understanding of field equipment operation and maintenance.

• Flexibility to work any shift, flexible hours, and overtime when required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in both indoor and outdoor settings.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
