Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Pay rate: $17/hr
Responsibilities:
Perform various harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc.
Engage in conditioning tasks including sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.
Operate field equipment within the limits of training and expertise.
Organize and maintain samples during the harvest season, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
Collaborate with the team to efficiently and effectively complete harvest-related tasks.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Support the supervisor by assisting with other assigned tasks and duties.
Qualifications:
Preferred previous experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
Basic understanding of field equipment operation and maintenance.
Flexibility to work any shift, flexible hours, and overtime when required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
