Job Description

FLSA STATUS: Hourly Non-Exempt

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Electrical cable soldering and assembly.
• Assembly testing and evaluation.
• Sheet metal punching, forming and sanding.
• Loading electrical components in metalwork.
• Consolidation of assembly components for production.
• Wire spooling and coiling.
• Warehousing, shipping, or receiving of inventory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing depending on assigned area.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds at a time.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred; on-the-job training offered.
