Growth Media Specialist (Remote, Long-Term Contract)

What You'll Do
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid social, PPC, display advertising, and more—ensuring alignment with acquisition and ROI goals.
Analyze and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize performance and efficiency.
Identify and target key audience segments through A/B testing, audience profiling, and data analysis.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently, optimizing spending to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging new technologies and best practices in performance marketing.
Provide detailed reports and insights, offering recommendations for continuous optimization.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on user acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications are a plus).
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
A strategic thinker who can adapt to evolving industry trends and implement innovative marketing tactics.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a bonus.
