Description Are you a proactive, results-oriented HR leader with a knack for managing it all? The HR Generalist position puts you at the heart of policy implementation, employee relations, and strategic recruitment initiatives! You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR strategies that align with company goals. Key Responsibilities: + Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring effective resolution of employee relations and performance management concerns + Develop and enhance recruitment strategies to source exceptional talent, meet company growth plans, and align candidates with corporate values. + Oversee payroll and benefits administration, assisting employees with inquiries and conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance and equity. + Drive professional development initiatives, crafting and executing training programs that close skill gaps and foster team growth. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree or PHR/SPHR certification is a major plus. + A minimum of three years of HR generalist experience with demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance management. + In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices at the state and federal level. + Stellar interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
