Job Description
As part of a diverse and hardworking group of Human Resource (HR) specialists, you will triage and respond to general inquiries from the entire client's population utilizing our case management tool, triage cases to the correct owners, provide customer support for employees and members of HR, and investigate inquiries. A standard day will involve a diverse range of activities including responding to HR inquiries, processing HR-related tasks, rectifying time clock discrepancies, assisting with onboarding tasks, providing onsite support to employees, and performing additional responsibilities as needed.
