Job Description

Our fast-growing heating and cooling company is looking for an amazing apprentice and duct cleaner to join our award-winning team. We believe in working hard, creating happy customers, and living our values.

This position is primarily responsible for applying technical skills and knowledge to help with jobs in residential ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. They will work side-by-side with installers and maintenance technicians, clean and service ducts, and learn how to excel in the heating and cooling industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help installing complete residential and/or light commercial systems
• Help installing residential and/or light commercial ductwork systems
• Duct cleaning
• Ability to work as a team and support the team members around you
• Ability to work independently when required and get the job done right the first time
• Ability to think on your feet and bring solutions to the problems at hand
• Be on time always, and be able to work well with customers and team members
• Willing to give and receive feedback to improve yourself, your team, and the company

Required Credentials:

• Some working knowledge and experience using tools to work on machinery
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to handle a physical workload
