Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving sales of our Todyl cybersecurity platform, which offers advanced threat detection, incident response, and compliance management tailored for medium-sized enterprises.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries. Use CRM tools to manage and nurture leads effectively.
Sales Pitching: Conduct initial sales calls to explain the benefits and features of the Todyl platform, focusing on how it addresses specific pain points of medium-sized businesses.
Product Knowledge: Gain deep understanding of the Todyl platform, including its integration capabilities, scalability, and how it compares to competitors.
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning Todyl as the solution to their cybersecurity challenges.
Demonstrations: Perform live demos of the Todyl platform, showcasing its user interface, real-time threat detection, and reporting features.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service levels to close deals. Understand the value of our service to justify pricing to clients.
Feedback Loop: Regularly provide feedback to the product team regarding client needs, market trends, and potential enhancements for the Todyl platform.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Collaborate with technical teams for detailed product inquiries or custom solutions.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets, with performance measured by lead conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in tech or cybersecurity. Experience with inside sales or telesales is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilience in handling rejection and persistence in following up.
Certifications: Knowledge or certifications in cybersecurity (like CompTIA Security+, CISSP) would be advantageous but not mandatory.
Personal Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, with a keen interest in technology and cybersecurity.
