Exciting Opportunity: Hiring Interior Designers and Project Architect with a Mid-Sized Firm specialized in Multi-Family, Institutional, Cultural and Civic Projects in Lower Manhattan!!

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re on the lookout for a talented Interior Designers and Project Architects proficient in Revit to join our dynamic team, working on diverse projects that include multifamily, hospitality, commercial, civic, and cultural designs!

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Partner with the Project Manager, engaging directly with clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Take the reins on design development, construction documents, and the construction administration phase with minimal guidance.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to keep everything on track.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Revit with a solid architectural foundation.
• 6+ years of experience in architecture, particularly with multifamily projects.
  
  

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with Rhino and strong drafting skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of both exterior and interior building designs.
• Experience in schematic design and design development.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00
