SCOPE: Junior Engineer (Albion) shall have less than 2 years of experience on smaller projects valued above $1 million, with basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation, and proficient in computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel/Project and scheduling applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• This is an entry level position; any previous construction experience would be a bonus.
• Prior Internship in the Construction Management field would be preferred.
• Must have a driver's license valid in New York State and reliable means of transportation.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills .
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with all management levels.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• OSHA 30.

PAY RATE: $20.00-$28.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
JOB LOCATION: On-Site at the Albion, NY Office
