What You'll Be Doing
Crafting Digital Masterpieces: You'll design engaging landing pages, digital forms, brochures, and automated workflows that captivate and convert customers. You'll take client-provided images, videos, and copy, and weave them into a seamless digital experience that resonates with their audience.
Balancing Creativity with Structure: Some projects will follow a proven process where you'll work with pre-written content and templates. For others, you'll have the creative freedom to transform an idea into a compelling campaign that delivers results.
Innovative Problem Solving: Whether you're working with detailed briefs or broad concepts, you'll be empowered to think critically and creatively to deliver solutions that meet clients' goals.
Brand Respect & Execution: Every client has a unique brand identity, and your job is to make sure their style shines through. You'll need to be attuned to their branding guidelines and adapt them into new contexts, even when specifics aren't always spelled out.
Behind-the-Scenes Role: You won't typically interact with clients, but your work will have a direct impact on their success. This is an important, behind-the-scenes role where you'll have the chance to make a real difference.

What We're Looking For
Technical Curiosity: You don't need coding skills, but we're looking for someone eager to learn and comfortable using content management systems and marketing automation software. We'll provide full, paid training to get you up to speed.
Reliable Internet Connection: As a remote role, a strong internet connection is essential for smooth work and communication.
Attention to Detail & Timeliness: You must be able to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines consistently.
Digital Tool Familiarity: If you've worked with CRM tools, email marketing software, or website builders like Weebly, Wix, or Squarespace, that's a plus, but not required.
Self-Motivation & Discipline: Remote work offers freedom, but it also requires self-motivation and discipline to manage your tasks without constant supervision.

Additional Information
