Position Overview:
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will assist in managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is organized, tech-savvy, and ready to take on responsibility.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Computer literate and comfortable using Excel and project management software
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow within the construction trade industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating daily project activities and schedules
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain project documentation and track project progress
• Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Support senior project managers with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• No prior construction management experience required — we will train!
