B6 Security & Investigations, LLC is recruiting for OUTSTANDING - FLEX - LEVEL 3 Security Officers for various sites around Dallas and Ft Worth. We have hospital construction, schools, warehouses and various other temp and perm posts.

We have IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY for the following schedules at a DUNCANVILLE, TX warehouse setting:

• FLEXIBLE Open availability throughout the week (to cover call outs, emergencies, etc) We currently cover approximately one - two 12 hour shifts per week.

These are 12 hour shifts so totally worth your while.

Additional hours are available if you can run errands and pickup/deliver uniforms, etc.

Day shift is a two man post and you would be rotating between a desk watching multiple security monitors and roving the parking lot. You check bags/purses and use a hand held security wand on employees as they enter and exit the facility. You keep a log of your activities and use our electronic log book to do so.

Night shift is also a two man post and your activities are identical to day shift with an emphasis on unauthorized entry to the property. There is a second shift of warehouse workers to wand in and out. Once everyone has left for the day, you monitor the cameras and walk the floors of the facility, checking doors and windows throughout the night. You would also keep a log of your activities in our electronic log book.

A B6 Flex Officer is a cut above. We pay much better than industry standard and expect a higher level of performance from our staff, management and Officers. At our job sites, you will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. You will patrol, stand point and conduct all duties of a Security Officer as directed by our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Military or Law Enforcement background and will project authority while creating trust and cooperation from the Client's employees, vendors and the Public. The goal is to keep our job sites or facility safe while maintaining a fun, trouble free experience for our client's visitors, vendors, and employees.

Shift hours may vary according to client's needs and overtime is often available. The more flexible you are, the more money you make at B6.

Requirements

• Must speak, write and read ENGLISH
• MUST HOLD CURRENT, VALID, TEXAS LEVEL 3 SECURITY OFFICER COMMISSION
• Must have a smart phone with which to clock yourself into and out of work each shift
• Proven experience as security officer or security guard
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in metal detection and wanding
• Be on time. We fire tardy Officers without warning . Do not apply if you can't be on time.
• Pass a 10 panel pre-employment drug screening
• Pass a criminal background check
• Use a metal detector wand to locate weapons and contraband on incoming and exiting employees and visitors.
• Check bags/purses before entry to and exit from the facility.
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit reports of daily activity and important occurrences via our electronic log system
• MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND POSSIBLY AVAILABLE FOR 12 HOUR SHIFTS, SOME OVERNIGHTS AND SOME DAY SHIFTS AS NECESSARY
