We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team of Live Chat Support Agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in using a variety of computer applications.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to customers via live chat. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing assistance with products and services. The successful candidate will be able to quickly assess customer needs and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
