Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments, and directly supervise the maintenance staff to ensure the electrical and mechanical servicing and maintenPrioritize and schedule requests for repairs and installations; establish time schedules that least interfere with production operations. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program. Ensure the completion and maintenance of maintenance logs. Control capital expenditure projects from implementation to completion, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and timetables. Develop and implement annual overhaul projects for production equipment and machinery. Coordinate building and grounds repair and maintenance, structural changes, and any other building and grounds maintenance related activities with production; prioritize projects. Coordinate with other department managers and operators for plans, recommendations, and implementation of equipment needs and changes to improve productivity, and plant layout. Participate on cross functional project teams to improve productivity, methods, processes and quality. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervise the maintenance function. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.We are looking for observant and highly responsible Lifeguards who can ensure the safety of our patrons.
