We are looking for a career-orientedMaintenance Technicianto join our team at Park Commons Apartments, a 174-unit property located in Valley Park, MO. We are seeking a hand individual who loves fixing things, takes pride in keeping things in running order, and has a sense of urgency. Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready when candidates move out for new moves ins, on-site maintenance calls, preventative maintenance and other project and grounds work as needed.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
- Up to $3,000a year in Quarterly Bonuses
