Job Title: Manufacturing Project Engineer Pay Rate: $30.00-39.00/hour Onsite, full time, direct job with full benefits. Location: Windsor, CT 06095 Area Code: 860, 203, 413 Shifts: 1st OR 2nd (3pm - 1130pm) #ManufacturingEngineering #ToolingDesign Seeking proficient Manufacturing Project and Test Engineers with a strong foundation in engineering principles, keen on advancing manufacturing and testing projects. Ideal Candidates:

• Possess an engineering degree complemented by skills in Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Test Rig, Capital Project Management Experience.
• Experienced in Valve, HVAC and Pneumatic component selection, Manage Projects in order enhancing both efficiency and product quality.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

• Generate and refine process work instructions tailored for manufacturing needs, emphasizing commissioning test rigs including proof/leakage and pressure drop.
• Collaborate closely with shop floor personnel to validate leaks and pressure drops.
• Utilize Project Software, preferably Visio or Project, to update and develop project plans to manage procurement, installation, and commissioning of test rigs, incorporate best practices in Test Rig processes.
• Engage in regular communication with the Lead Engineer regarding daily assignments, and actively participate in daily meetings as required.

Core Qualifications:

• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent & relevant work experience.
• 1-5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with aerospace industry background with Test Rig experience.
• Proficient in project management software, ideally Viso or MS Project, with a focus on managing procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience with LabView programming is highly desirable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US: US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.

Desired Skills (Not Mandatory): * Familiarity with SAP, Team Center, Solumina, and DIOS is beneficial but not required. Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
