Hourly Rate: $29.54/hour
Schedule: As-needed | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (No weekends/holidays)

Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a certified Medical Coder to work remotely, reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS). This role supports proper billing, regulatory compliance, and healthcare reporting.

Qualifications
✔ AHIMA (CCA/CCS) or AAPC (CPC) certification
✔ Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, ADA
✔ Experience with Medicare/Medicaid & private payers
✔ Ability to code 80-120 visits/day
✔ Secure remote setup (VPN access)
✔ Must pass IHS background check and fingerprinting
✔ Familiarity with RPMS/EHR preferred

Key Responsibilities
✔ Perform accurate remote coding via VPN
✔ Code outpatient visits with ICD-10, CPT, PCS, HCPCS
✔ Review provider documentation and validate codes
✔ Ensure coding meets CMS, medical necessity, and hospital policies
✔ Enter visit data including labs, radiology, pharmacy
✔ Submit all entries within 4 days of visit
