Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving & Technical Support: Tackle complex issues related to reagents, kits, procedures, adaptations, and software upgrades.
• Training & Education: Empower medical technologists with hands-on training, ensuring optimal use of laboratory instrumentation.
• Post-Sales Support: Utilize your laboratory knowledge to provide exceptional post-sales support, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
• Customer Assistance: Offer telephone support to machine operators, troubleshooting and resolving reagent-based issues.
• Industry Representation: Represent the company at seminars, conventions, meetings, and wet workshops, showcasing our innovative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

ASCP Certification is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist , with strong coagulation experience preferred.

Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
