MID-SENIOR BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - CHARLOTTE, NC

Mid-Sized Southeastern Regional Lawfirm with a national practice seeks an attorney to join their collegial team with 5 to 7 years of commercial and business litigation experience to join Business Litigation practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in state and federal courts representing clients in a variety of business and commercial matters. Experience ideally will include data privacy, security, and compliance, internal investigations, white collar criminal defense and/or a variety of commercial disputes, such as breaches of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriate, unfair and deceptive trade practices, etc.
Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, research and writing skills, and must be ready and willing to handle matters both independently and as part of a litigation team.
