Location: Idaho, Boise

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Mobile On-Call Phlebotomist to join our team. This position requires flexibility and rapid response throughout the week and weekends. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and collecting specimens from patients within their homes. Phlebotomist must be able to work 35-40 miles of specified areas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform home blood draws and drop off to the assigned hospital.
• Demonstrate expertise in understanding the order of draws and follow proper procedures.
• Utilize your skills and experience to handle senior/elderly patients with difficult veins confidently and compassionately.
• Maintain accurate records of collected specimens and ensure their safe transport for testing.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to protect both patients and yourself.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Phlebotomist in a clinical setting.
• Preferred additional experience in the field.
• Excellent understanding of the order of draws and ability to follow established procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license,car Insurance and reliable transportation to travel between different locations.
• Must be available to start in Oct.

Pay Rate $30 per draw/per patient
