$18-$24/hr - No experience needed

The ideal candidate possesses excellent people skills, can work independently, and has the ability to manage a designated route. If you have a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we'll provide comprehensive training and licensing. While having a valid state pesticide license is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the physical fitness to carry a 40-45 lb backpack sprayer are essential. Be prepared for drug tests and background checks during the hiring process. Your compensation will include an hourly rate along with bonuses for consistent work and satisfactory performance.
