We're looking for a reliable  Receptionist / Executive Assistant to help manage communications and scheduling in our busy Monroe dealership. No car experience needed — just strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. What You’ll Be Doing: Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and online messages Helping customers schedule appointments with our sales team Following up with clients in a polite, professional manner Using simple tools (like our CRM system – training provided) to stay organized Supporting managers and staff with light administrative tasks What We’re Looking For: Experience in office work, receptionist roles, or customer service Clear communication and a calm, professional phone voice Fast typing and solid computer skills Friendly attitude, team player, and strong work ethic Organized and dependable – you keep things from falling through the cracks What You’ll Get: ~ Base hourly pay + performance bonuses Most team members earn $40,000–$55,000/year ~ Paid training and supportive team ~ Full medical, dental, and vision coverage ~401(k), paid vacation, and closed on Sundays ~ Modern workspace and great employee discounts Ready to Apply?
