About the POSITION:
FNP needed for clinic in Wheeler, OR
The clinic is small and a family atmosphere. This position also provides direct patient care at the clinic-operated school-based health center in Rockaway Beach.
The clinic will break ground on a new facility in 2024. Practitioners will soon work in a new, more modern facility with expanded services.
Avg patient volumes: 15
Call Breakdown: Currently, with 4 providers, a provider is on call every 4th week starting Tuesday night at 6 until the following Tuesday a.m. On average, a provider receives 0 to 3 calls per week.
Support Staff: RN Care Coordinators, Medical Assistants (including an MA assigned to provider, Clinic Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacist, Referral Coordinator, Panel Coordinator, Health and Wellness Navigator, Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator, LPC/LCSW, Patient Care Coordinators (Front Desk), and Patient Transportation

Paid Time Off: 20 days per employment year
Note: Employees receive an additional 8 hours for birthday and 8-32 hours for service anniversaries annually depending on length of employment. Employees have an option to cash out PTO hours annually.

CME Allowance: 40 hours/$2,000 per employment year
