Job Description

Oracle HCM Consultant needs 6+ years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM
Oracle HCM Consultant requires:
-Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical aspects
-Strong experience in integration and HCM Extracts
-Knowledge of EBS HRMS is a plus
-Proficient in outbound integrations, BI Reports, and HDL
-Capable of requirement gathering and mapping with the Cloud product
-Experience in end-to-end implementation projects as a technical/techno-functional resource
-Strong SQL skills with a deep understanding of HCM tables
-Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and Rest API
-Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text templates
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Experience in creating technical design documentation, SIT/UAT test scripts, and supporting user acceptance testing and post-Go-Live activities
