Job Description:
Responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology by analyzing retail operations
Gathering requirements, designing solutions using Oracle Retail modules
Ensuring successful implementation of these solutions within a retail organization, leveraging their deep understanding of the Oracle Retail suite
Optimize processes and improve efficiency across merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and customer engagement functions.
Write functional designs and work with offshore/ customer SME's
Top 4 Required Skills:
1. Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory management and supply chain processes. Good knowledge on Oracle Retail modules RMS, RPM, ReSA
2. Excellent ability to gather requirements, analyze data, identify business problems, and design effective solutions.
3. Good understanding of Oracle database concepts, proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and system integration.
4. Ability to perform proof of concept and solution options for business problem statements
