Job Description

Position : Industrial Sales Manager

Location : Lansing, MI

Pay : $90k-$100,000k base + commission. ($120-$150 first year Total Comp)

Car allowance or company vehicle

Required Skills :

• Prior experience selling overhead cranes and service.
• Ability to sell to new accounts.
• Ability to work a CRM system.
• Highly Motivated, Fast Pace, Self-Starter.
• Strong Communication Ability (Written and Verbal).
• Good Customer Relationship and Negotiation Skills.
• Sales Finesse for Cold Calling & Account Retention.
• Maintenance of Database with Records of Calls Made and New Accounts.
• Excellent Time Management Skills.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Monitoring and tracking quotes.
• Social Media presence along with strong PC skills
