Position Summary
A support associate is in charge of maintaining Booker/MFN standards of organization, tidiness and cleanliness in customer facing operations and back of house operations.

Responsibilities

•  Answering and managing tasting room calls
•  Assisting guests in creating and managing reservations
•  Managing current and future reservations
•  Greeting and seating guests
•  Providing water service
•  Stocking wine/non wine inventory
•  Communication with servers/bussers
•  Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of facilities
•  Clearing tables and resetting tables for service
•  Polishing glasses
•  Assisting with onsite events as needed
•  In-depth knowledge of experiences, club, and current information of BKR/MFN

Minimum Qualifications
•  Must be able to work in a team
•  Must be able to multitask
•  Must be able to work weekends and holidays
•  Must be friendly and approachable

•  Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
•  Capabilities to be flexible and manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
•  Commitment to high standards, detail oriented, coachable and highly motivated

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
•  Must be able to lift 50lbs or a case of wine

Salary Range: $16.00/an hour (tip eligible)
